Born and raised in the heart of Oregon, Nikos Lilles has always had a deep connection to the land, the community, and the value of hard work. His love for the outdoors started young—exploring forests, chasing elk through the backcountry, and learning the rhythms of the wild. That same grit and groundedness now define his work in real estate.

After graduating from the University of Oregon, Nikos built a successful career in the outdoor industry before shifting gears to follow a deeper calling: helping others find their place and build lasting value through real estate.

Outside of real estate, Nikos is a proud husband to Kim and a hands-on dad to Eva, Kosta, and Gia. Their family adventures—often with their two German Shepherds, Bella and Brules, in tow—are filled with hiking, hunting, camping, and living life fully in the outdoors.
